MadShots provides button-activated video capture for padel venues. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

When you contact us or submit a feature idea, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number and message.

When a player uses a MadShots camera, we capture short video clips (up to 30 seconds) of play on the court. These clips may show players who are on court at the time.

We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange an installation, or follow up on a feature request you sent us.

We use court clips to deliver highlights to players via the MadShots app and to operate and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Court clips are stored for 30 days and then automatically deleted. Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to assist you and meet our legal obligations.

We share information only with service providers that help us run MadShots (for example, cloud hosting), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where required by law.

Under POPIA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
