What does installation involve?
We do a quick site check, then fit each court with a camera, a weatherproof button and a QR poster in a single visit. Your courts stay open while we work, and everything is tested before we leave.
Do players need to download an app?
No. Players scan the QR poster courtside and their clips open in the web app in their browser — no download, no account needed to watch a clip.
What does the venue need to provide?
A power point near each court and your existing internet connection. We confirm both during the site check and handle the rest.
How long are clips stored?
Clips stay in cloud storage for 30 days, so players have plenty of time to save and share them. After that they're automatically deleted.
Can we live stream matches?
Yes. The same cameras can stream any court live — to YouTube or a screen in your clubhouse. Most venues use it for tournament nights, leagues and finals. Ask us about it when you book.
What support do we get?
Same-day support over WhatsApp. The system monitors itself, so in practice most venues only hear from us when we ship new features.
Can we cancel?
Yes — billing is monthly with no lock-in and no setup fee. If you cancel, we collect the hardware at no charge.
